**Returns/Refunds/Exchanges**

Returns, refunds or exchanges are not allowed on digital products due to the nature of the item.

**Returns/Refunds/Exchanges On Physical Products**

All of our physical products are through a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by email info@buildingbrandsmedia.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

**Shipping**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure all of your information is correct before you place an order including your name, phone number, email AND address. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any changes.
